Chinese Wushu - China’s cultural heritage of over 5000 years - is practiced and loved by millions across the world. It is also currently promoted as a main sporting event by the Hong Kong government.
Chinese Wushu (Overseas) Training Institute was founded on the year 1995, focusing on promoting and training wushu lovers while organising different wushu competitions.
More than a few dozen professional wushu coaches had graduated through our institute, providing our student with systematic programs and customised learning experiences.
Our Institute provides a wide range of Chinese wushu forms, from traditional to new and customised styles, which are applicable to international wushu competitions’ requirements. Not only does our institute hosts several competitions annually, but we also encourage our students to participate and lead them to different competitions across the world. By doing so, they gain valuable experiences and improve their physical and mental well-being such as, strength, flexibility, agility, confidence, unity and respectfulness.
With over twenty years of experiences in organising training classes for schools and the general community, our training programs are systematic and comprehensive while our coaches are professional. We are proud to provide a wide range of styles of Chinese wushu in both traditional and new forms.
Through examinations, performing events and competitions, provided regularly by the institute, students would develop an interest and an in-depth understanding of the core values of Chinese Wushu.
